**Turn Initiative** triggers [[:dawnian falinks|Dawnian Falinks]] formation. In its offensive form, this attack has a 30% chance of lowering the target's Special Attack stat by one stage. In its defensive form, this attack becomes a status move that raises the user's Special Attack and Special Defense stats by one stage each.

Depending on their formation, Falinks either attack by focusing a beam that may lower the target's Sp. Atk stat or they increase their Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats by calming their minds.
