Dripplin

Dripplin (DRIP-lin) is a Water/Dragon-type Pokémon introduced in v1.0 of Horizon 'Mons, and Wave 2 of New Dawn

Dripplin was first conceptualised before May 10, 2025. It was publicly released on the New Dawn Minecraft Server on May 12, 2025.

Dripplin hides inside a colorful juice box, with only it eyes and straw poking out. It evolved after Applin spent too much time in a discarded juice box in a city park trash can. The sweet scent it gives off lures children and sometimes bug-type Pokémon who can't resist a sip. Beware: its juice is actually a highly concentrated sap used to trap prey.

evolves into Lindcider after leveling up holding a barrel.

Dripplin resembles a green worm. It has big yellow eyes, and a straw protrusion with orange liquid coming out of it on the top of its head. Its body is mostly obfuscated by a large bright green juice box with yellow accents and a large sticker showcasing an apple. The orange liquid pools under the box and around Dripplin, as well.

Dripplin can spawn in Floral Biomes. It is an Rare spawn, and can spawn at level 30-55.

* The Dripplin line, from Applin to Lindcider, is the only 3-stage line to change typing on every single evolution.

Dripplin is meant to be a counterpart to the Dipplin line. Both lines share similar design features and stat spread. Dripplin is based on juice boxes and apple juice in general. It is also based on the idea of predators trapping prey in substances.

Dripplin is a combination of the words drip and Applin.
