Shadow Swipe is a Ghost-type move introduced in v1.0 of Horizon 'Mons. It is the signature move of Scameleon.

Shadow Swipe inflicts damage. If the target is holding a Berry, the user will eat the Berry and gain its effect. Shadow Swipe will not eat the target's Berry if it hits its substitute. Shadow Swipe will not consume the Berry of a target that has the Ability Sticky Hold.

Berries like Liechi or Sitrus Berries will be eaten by the attacker, regardless of them meeting their consumption requirement upon taking damage from Shadow Swipe.

• Can be selected by Metronome.
• Can be copied by Mirror Move.
• Blocked by protection moves.

The user attempts to sneak attack the foe, stealing and eating their held berry in the process.
