Perakkii (pur-ah-kee) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in v1.0 of Horizon 'Mons. It is the evolution of Dawnian Meowth.

This Pokémon possesses a natural ability to influence luck for itself and others around it. Its skin is made of a material that is similar in texture to paper. Perakkii carries around a set of cards made of its paper-like fur to play a game with anyone willing to entertain it.

Evolves from Dawnian Meowth at level 28. Perakkii does not evolve.

Perakkii can spawn near ruins. It is a Common spawn, and can spawn at level 28-41.

* The Dawnian Meowth line was in development hell for the longest period of any Pokémon.

* Early on, the Dawnian Meowth line was meant to be Grass-type, with it having skin like paper and flower decorations on its body. Its typing was changed later on, but these design details were not as a way to call back to its original typing.

Perakkii is mostly based on the Lucky Cat from Balatro. It also draws inspiration from luck, cards, and gambling as a whole. Its design is meant to reflect a jester motif in order to give off a mischievous appearance. Its collar is designed after a flower, and skin is made to look like paper as a nod to its original Grass typing (see Trivia).
